Group Reformer Class" includes Towers, Pilates Arcs, and all of our specialized equipment an accessories available at our Studio.
The cables, bars, straps and pulleys allow exercises to be done from a variety of positions, even standing.
The resistance created by the pulley and spring system can provide a more challenging strength and endurance workout than mat classes. It may also produce visible results sooner and arms, legs and abdominal muscles can look more firm and defined within a dozen or so regular sessions.
Privates Classes are recommended for athletes, dancers, and anyone wanting the luxury of personal attention. If you are suffering from, back pain, knee, hip and/or shoulder injuries, Pilates is widely prescribed by Physical therapists and chiropractors more than any other exercise method. Anybody with the budget and desire to be aggressive with changing the shape and feel of their body. Private sessions are the fastest way to progress in Pilates. A certified Pilates trainer will work one-on-one with you on and will adjust the intensity of the work to the level appropriate for you.
